This meeting is then followed by a detailed design proposal and project plan with scope of work. Once we know the scope and plan, then we move to the second phase with the client to gather estimates for the cost of the project.

The duration of a project depends on its scope and complexity, but we provide a detailed timeline during the planning phase.

For example, a complete renovation of a two bedroom apartment in a central business district can take from 90 days to a full twelve months. Or, a commercial restaurant with a deadline or a residential home needing only a kitchen and bath renovation may only take three to four months.

Our pricing is based on the scope of the project and the specific services required. We provide a detailed quote after the initial consultation.

Typically, an interior designer charges by the hour for design services, however there are a few projects where a flat rate fee is negotiated to make sure we are within the client's budget.
